St. Louis Outdoor Living Spaces
Custom Outdoor Living Spaces in St. Louis: Your Private Resort Awaits
Look out at your backyard right now.
Is it just a patch of grass that requires constant mowing? A lonely patio slab with a couple of worn lawn chairs? You’ve put in the hours, built your career, and created a wonderful life in St. Louis—yet the space outside your back door doesn’t match the hard work you put in every single day.
Now, close your eyes and picture a warm St. Louis evening.
Steak is sizzling on your custom outdoor kitchen grill. A cold drink is resting in your hand on a quartz dining bar. The big game is playing on a weather-proof, glare-free TV mounted under a custom timber pavilion, while soft music streams through hidden outdoor speakers. Your kids and friends are laughing around a glowing fire pit, making s’mores long after the sun goes down.
You aren’t driving to a crowded venue or staying at an expensive resort. You’re home. You deserve a space that pulls people together, resets your mind, and makes every weekend feel like an exclusive getaway.
At Premier Custom Spaces, founder Josh Dubbs brings resort-style outdoor living straight to your backyard.

The Premier Custom Spaces
Experience.
Creating your dream backyard should be an exciting, enjoyable journey from day one.
Josh Dubbs personally oversees every phase of planning and construction to ensure seamless execution.
Step 1:
Lifestyle Visioning & Custom Design Planning
We walk the yard and learn exactly how you like to host, relax, and play. Josh takes precise site measurements and collaborates with you to lay out every feature from kitchen placement to pavilion seating ensuring the plan maximizes your yard’s footprint and views.
Step 2:
Site Preparation & Structural Framing
We handle all site grading, drainage routing, and concrete footings needed to support heavy timber structures and stone features. Every post and beam is engineered to withstand Midwestern wind, rain, and heavy snow loads.
Step 3:
Appliance, Audio/Visual, & Custom Stonework Integration
Our team builds custom stone veneer cabinetry, sets granite or quartz countertops, and runs commercial-grade electrical and gas lines. We wire marine-grade audio speakers and outdoor displays directly into your home’s smart technology.
Step 4:
The Grand Reveal
Josh conducts a complete walkthrough with you, testing every lighting zone, grill burner, and audio channel. We leave your property immaculate, backed by our ironclad warranties and personal commitment to quality.
